Upgraded MyAurion and Aurion (Core) launches 13 February 2017

What does this mean for MyAurion?

 
 
The latest version:
  • will make it easier for you to apply for leave, check your details and submit timesheets
  • will be accessible from your tablet and mobile, as well as your desktop, and
  • has a simple, easy to use menu structure with simplified navigation and search functions

All UQ staff (who use MyAurion) will start using the latest version from 13 February 2017. Helpful information and guides can be found in the MyAurion section of the HR Systems Training Hub. These guides are designed to assist you with the transition.

What does this mean for Aurion (Core)?

Aurion processing will be easier and quicker for Human Resources Client Services staff and other staff who use Aurion (Core)

To assist with the transition from v10 to v11, multiple face-to-face training sessions have been organised in January and February 2017.

You can also view the recordings of the overview/demonstration sessions run in July 2016; (1) HR Client Services staff and (2) all other staff who use Aurion (Core).
