Agreement-in-principle was reached on the following clauses:

  •  Research Contingent-funded Employment (except for severance amounts)
  • Committee of Review
  • Professional Staff Workloads
  • Misconduct/Serious Misconduct
  • Fixed Term Staff Categories (agreement on wording only – the unions reserved their agreement on accepting the clause itself).
 
Other matters under active discussion were Outsourcing, Unsatisfactory Performance; Change Management; and Academic workloads.
