The meeting continued discussion on a range of issues including:

  • ISSR telephone interview staff pay rates;
  • Indigenous employment;
  • performance requirement for renewal of fixed term contracts;
  • senior staff appointments;
  • better managing the taking of recreation and long service leave, and potential cashing out of some LSL entitlement;
  • parental leave for primary care-givers and
  • conditions of TESOL language teachers.

A number of other provisions remain under discussion.
