The UQ Leadership Community is open to all UQ staff, across all levels, organisational units and job functions. We welcome staff members who are interested in developing their knowledge and skills, discussing leadership, and building a culture that encourages leadership at all levels. There is no requirement to have supervisory or managerial responsibilities - all staff with an interest in leadership are welcome.

You can connect with the community via our Yammer group. (Yammer is the University's internal online network. Find out more about how to get started or join immediately). Other spaces and events will be created for the community to connect in order to discuss leadership, network with others, and share ideas and resources.

Join the conversation - sign up directly at the Yammer group, or contact Tamma Sorbello in the Organisational Development team to be added to the mailing list.
